Recently, BPS Global is awarded the project of Refurbishment of Timber Boardwalk System at Kwun Tong Promenade.
Adjacent to Kwun Tong Bypass, the one kilometre waterfront boardwalk in the Promenade provides visitors with not only close-up views of the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal and the Runway Park, which are the new landmarks of East Kowloon, but also splendid night-time views of Hong Kong Island East and the panoramas of Victoria Harbour and Lei Yue Mun.
BPS is responsible for the demolition & removal of existing timber decking system, supply & install new timber decking with sub-frame installation, supply & install new LED driveway lights and compact florescent step lamps.
As the project is carried out at external environmental and high-peak rainfall season. Many existing trees with roots are planting adjacent site area. BPS professional team work closely with different government departments such as ASD, LCSD & EMSD for better coordination and work out together for the best solution under this circumstance. The project is expected to be completed by end of 2019.
