Our client is a leading ship chandler consists of multiple facilities in Hong Kong. Due to the continuing growth of the company, their warehouse facility and office space were getting increasingly tight in recent years. Hence, they made the decision to transform the once industrious warehouse into a modernized facility comprised of open work space and storage space. Such transformation requires significant renovation and additions of storage equipment.
Our professional team assessed the client’s situation, offered renovation strategies and storage system recommendation with an aim to boost efficiency and energy saving. The project involving retro-fit of the warehouse, adding a new open work space together with a new reception to the facility; other scope of work includes E&M works, floor coating and installation of warehouse storage equipment system such as Picking Racking System and Selective Pallet Racking System.
The new lighting system and air conditioning system were designed to provide a pleasant working environment, which will greatly enhance the operational efficiency of staffs as well as being environmentally friendly and energy efficient.
