BPS Global Group has recently completed an office and warehouse design and build project at Ever Gain Centre in Shek Mun, Hong Kong. The project helps the client streamline warehouse operations, improve storage efficiency and strengthen integration across logistics, administrative and support functions.

The client is a semiconductor components distributor, with business covering power management, communications, consumer electronics and industrial applications. With continued business growth, increasing demands on warehouse efficiency and space utilisation led to the implementation of this upgrade project.

The project spans approximately 50,000 sq. ft. and was successfully delivered on schedule within two months, demonstrating the team’s strong coordination in both project management and on-site execution.

Scope of works included the overall design and construction of the warehouse, as well as air-conditioning, partitioning, and MEP works for the office and related facilities. The optimised layout effectively shortens picking and material handling routes, enhances team collaboration, and improves the overall working environment, while providing a more flexible operational foundation to support future business expansion.
