BPS Global Group recently completed the deployment of two Follow-Me Robots for a well-known international B2B logistics company at its 30,000 sq ft logistics centre in Tuen Mun. The project reflects the Group's continued commitment to advancing human-centric intelligent automation solutions, supporting the ongoing transformation of modern logistics operations.

Designed for high-density warehouse environments, the robots can operate flexibly within narrow aisles of just 750 mm, effectively overcoming the space constraints faced by conventional material handling equipment. The solution can also be seamlessly integrated into existing warehouse layouts.

On the operational front, frontline warehouse staff are equipped with dedicated wearable wrist devices, enabling the robots to automatically follow designated personnel and transport goods from point to point. This human-robot collaboration model reduces manual handling and repetitive walking, improving efficiency while easing physical workload.

Each robot supports a maximum payload of up to 200 kg and can operate continuously for up to 9 hours, covering a full work shift. By optimising internal logistics flows, the solution helps save time, enhance overall efficiency, and improve the working experience of frontline staff.

On-site mapping for the project was completed on 23 March 2026, after which the system was immediately put into operation. This deployment demonstrates our capability to implement intelligent automation solutions in real-world operational environments, while minimising disruption to daily operations.
