The phase one renovation project on the LG4/F and LG5/F for the High Court Building in Hong Kong, undertaken by BPS Global, was successfully and meticulously completed in mid-January 2024.

Spanning approximately 3 years, this project was a comprehensive enhancement and expansion effort. It involved transforming the existing High Court Library, developing an open atrium (transformed into a green planting area), and constructing additional courtrooms and a new lobby, among other critical facilities.

The project scope was extensive, encompassing the demolition and reconfiguration of current structures and service systems. This included upgrading the facade, introducing new courtrooms in the entrance lobby, revamping the court hall, installing consultation rooms, staff offices, equipment rooms and various other support facilities on the LG4/F level. Furthermore, to accommodate new building service equipment, two new fresh machine rooms were constructed on LG5/F, accompanied by structural reinforcements, soil and surface drainage enhancements and essential connectivity works.
