Our customers, TAL Apparel, a Hong Kong based company who is the pioneer in manufacturing garments and world leader in producing technologically advanced garments. They are facing difficulties in developing and selecting the best scenarios for existing factory expansion in Hanoi, Vietnam as their business model is changing with rapid growth. Balancing the production efficiency with manpower cost and building cost is their ultimate goal. After understood the customer needs and requirement, BPS Global team presented the Arena® Simulation Software and Training Service as the total solution so that customer could test and compare the parameters from different scenarios before making the final decision and investment.
With the 3-Day basic training with lectures and lab exercises, customers could be able to understand the fundamental concept and skills for developing a mini-project as a beginning of the simulation journey. Using Arena's integrated tools and flowchart modelling environment, customer could build a graphically animated model as well. Our BPS Global team even helped TAL Apparel to build a simulation model for one of their current manufacturing operations, once the simulation model has been built and tested with up-to-date data, what-if scenarios can be quickly examined and evaluated.
