As a leading engineering construction company, BPS Global not only has rich engineering experience but also aims to provide innovative office renovation solutions for our clients. Recently, we are honored to take on a project to design and renovate the office for Hong Kong Medical Supplies Limited, one of the largest pharmaceutical product agents in Hong Kong.

This project will be divided into three stages, the first stage is expected to be completed in early April 2023, and the second/third phase will start immediately right
after the completion of the prior stage. Throughout the project, our goal is to transform the traditional style into a modern innovative renovation approach. Specific
construction processes include open ceiling , planning new room partitions (such as storage rooms, conference rooms, open areas), replacing slotted ceilings, replacing
air conditioners, installing ceiling lamps, replacing new wallpaper and exterior paint.

Time management is the most challenging factor of this project . The project is divided into three stages, yet each stage has only four weeks to complete. To complete the renovation work within such a short period of time, it is necessary to coordinate with fire engineering, deliver Just-In-Time materials, long lead time itemsand handle many uncertainties. BPS Global has prepared in advance to mitigate risk by our rich experience in the engineering field.
