Steel Platform

Features: Modular light steel structure with flat floor surface, strong and even loading. System includes stairs and hand rails mounted on safe and aesthetically pleasing platform.

Structural Characteristics:
Modular light steel structure formed by square or circular pipes.  The primary and secondary beams are usually made of H-type steel. The floor slab usually uses six-axis patented cold rolled sheet steel slab and an interlocking structure. A six-axis patented locking mechanism is applied in the locking of floor and beams.  Comparing with traditional chequered steel plates or steel grating, they have strong loading capacity, good unity, even load bearing, high precision, flat and smooth surface, easy to lock into position, etc. It is also easy to fit and match with a lighting system.  Goods are transported to the second and third floors by forklifts, elevators or dock lift, and then by carts or hydraulic pallet trucks to specified locations. 

Comparing to cement and steel platforms, steel platforms are quick to install, reasonably priced, easy to assemble and disassemble, and easy to use.  They also have a modern look and feel.  The inter upright beam spacing of these platforms are usually within 4~6m, the height of the first level is about 3m, and 2.5m for the second and third levels.  The floor load is usually below 1000kg per square metre.  This type of platform can very closely integrate warehouse storage and management, utilizing the space below or above the platform as the warehouse office.  This type of systems is usually used in industries such as third party logistics and machine manufacturing.
