Shelving Systems

Features:

Formed with upright beams, crossbeams, pallets and laminates, the systems are not connected by bolts. They are convenient to assemble and disassemble (requiring only rubber hammer for assembly/dismantling) . With elegant looks, the shelving systems are suitable for manual retrieval situations. The loading capacity is usually 200KG—350KG/shelve, adequate to meet most requirements. The main laminates are made of cold rolled sheet metal, and can be adjusted upwards or downwards by intervals of 50mm. For operators’ convenience in goods retrieval, shelving units are usually no taller than 2m. With the help of climbing equipment, they can be 3m tall. These systems are suitable for standalone use or lined up into various grouping.

Structural Characteristics:

Plugging shelving with beams: With wooden board or layer board installed, the bearing capability of this shelving can be 800kg/layer. The height of each layer can be adjusted at a pace of 50mm.

New beam-style medium-duty shelving: bearing capability up to 700kg, with optional steel, wooden, or high-density board and various size options.

Plug-combination beam shelving and Stair beam shelving: with optional steel or wooden board, layer height adjustable at 50mm pace, and bearing capability 800kg/layer.

The dimensions of these products are up to customers’ requirements. Suitable for storage of metal components in manufacturing industry.
