Drawer Racking

Drawer racking that works with pallets, slides and bearings for storage of moulds.

Structural Characteristics:
Drawer racking, also known as moulding racks, is mainly used in the storage of various moulding items.  Moveable carriage (manual or electrical) can be added to the top of the rack.  At the bottom of the drawer are idler wheel rails, which could be pulled freely with little efforts when loaded.  The racking comes with an additional positioned safety device, making it safe and reliable; They can be categorized into light duty and heavy duty, depending on the loading capacity.

It is mainly used for storage of all kinds of mould, which could be assembled with manual movable carriage on the top so as to easily accumulating and taking the goods. The drawer type rack was equipped with idler wheel rail on the bottom and the drawer panel could be freely pulled when carrying. The two-erection-pole middle type drawer rack could carry <750kg/layer, and the three-erection-pole heavy drawer rack could carry ≥750kg per layer. The entire rack is section construction, convenient for transporting, and the assembly is simple and fast.
