AS / RS System

AS/RS SystemFeatures:

Highly concentrated long span shelving system with stackers, conveyor system, computerized management system, and advanced technologies such as laser positioning system, infra-red communication, field bus control technology, bar code scanning, RF system, etc.  WMS system and ERP system are used for information exchange for automated removal and storage, as well as computerized warehouse management.

Structural Characteristics:

Uses OPC protocol and WMS and ECS for communication.  The RPOF IBUS field bus control constructed with the SIEMENS S7-300 controller allows offline dispatch of all conveying equipment to fulfil automatic transport of materials.
