2010 Manpower Survey Report has just released. In this manpower survey, we collected the latest manpower information of our company in three categories: education qualification, age and nature of work.
For the education qualifications, near 40% of our employees were the holders of degree or above qualifications, and more than 15% had obtained the qualifications at master degree or doctoral degree level; For the age of our employees, 72.6% were under the age of 40 years and over 30% were aged between 20-30; For the nature of work, 37.6% of our employees were working as the professional project consultants, and 33.3% were working at the Project and Equipment terms.
