Mr. Yeung served as Executive Director of the Hong Kong Productivity Council (2003-2006) where he was instrumental in repositioning the business of the government ' s manufacturing consultancy .
With his past experience at Cathay Pacific Airways in Hong Kong and Singapore and his long involvement in a senior management position at the Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited, Mr. Yeung brings with him a wealth of experience in airport facilities design, development and operations. Whilst running a venture capital company after his departure from the airport, most of his investments were in technology and logistics-based businesses.
