Green Power 50k mountain hike Hong Kong 6th February 21010

BPS Group Business Development Director, Terry Malone, took part in the 17TH Green Power 50k hike on Saturday 6th February, over the Hong Kong Trail and completing the mountainous and sometimes daunting course in 8hours 15minutes.

Participants started from The Peak at 7.30am in favourably cool and misty conditions and finishing at Big Wave Bay, also in refreshingly cool conditions.

This annual event is very popular with both local Hong Kong residents and visitors when over HK$4 millions was raised this year that will go towards environmental education in the community and to the schools of Hong Kong.

In the last 17 years, a total in excess of HK$42 millions has been raised and over 37,000 people have taken part.
