To carry on the recent successes in India, we at BPS last week secured our 4th consultancy project, this time in Chennai.
Sree Kailas Logistics Park is to be built on a site of around 35 acres and sitting at a prime location on the National Highway 45 nestled between, to the one side, the vastly growing automotives sector and, to the other side, access to the quickly developing consumer area, close to the major Chennai port.
As with similar projects, our consultancy is to design the park layout in optimizing the space for warehousing & container handling, with an area earmarked for common services. Our client will provide both generic warehousing for multi-user/multi-product clients, as well as ‘build to suit’ warehousing for the larger 3PL clients.
Once again, the BPS specialist expertise built up over 16 years, in designing best practice logistics parks and warehouses to best international standards, has been recognized by our Indian clients. They have seen the value of such quality and thought out facilities as being necessary to aid the quickly growing logistics infrastructure across all of India and to put them ahead of the pack.
