1992	BPS Global Group founded in Hong Kong.
1995	Logistics equipment business began as company became distributor of shelving and racking equipment for MECALUX of Spain. Designed, supplied and installed shelving and racking equipment for AFGA of Belgium, establishing the basis to be Hong Kong’s major logistics equipment supplier.
1996	Began to conduct warehouse equipment improvement projects for 23 hospitals for the Hong Kong Hospital Authority, and has since become one of the major logistics equipment supplier for the HKSAR Government.
1997	Business expanded into Shanghai. Branch office established in Shanghai for business expansion in Mainland China. Further developed the company’s logistics equipment series to offer total equipment solutions for logistics centres. Offered total warehouse equipment solutions to the logistics centres of the world's leading furniture store IKEA in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Taiwan, extending the Company's business landscape into Greater China.
1998	Became one of the leading integrated suppliers of advance logistics equipment to offer fully automated warehouse equipment and systems solutions. Participated in the warehouse automation project of Bank of China, Hong Kong. Installed the first fully automated warehouse system in Kunshan, China, and became the country’s pioneer in fully automated warehouse solutions.
1999	Business scope extended to include decoration projects, professional architectural designs and project management. Offered design, supply and installation of total logistics distribution centre engineering and equipment solutions to the largest public warehouse in Hong Kong, defining a new mode of service for the industry.
2000	Established the Group’s Southern China office in Dongguan to address its accelerated business growth in China.
2001	Pertaining to years of experience in logistics projects and riding on the expertise of a newly recruited team of professionals, BPS Global Group began to offer consultancy services in logistics and supply chains, bringing its edge-cutting ideologies to its clients. Provided consultancy in design optimization for Nansha Logistics Centre of the Henry Fok Group.
2002	Relocated the Southern China office to Guangzhou, offering more tailored services to the hinterland of Southern China. Provided all-round services in design and total project management to the logistics distribution centre of NOKIA, the world's largest mobile phone manufacturer, establishing the company’s status as a leading supplier for all-round logistics centre consultancy.
2003	The Group began to participate in government planning projects and provided comprehensive logistics park marketing directions, development strategies and park control planning to the Pinggu District Government of the Beijing Municipal. Became preferred working partner amongst manufacturers by offering comprehensive manufacturing workflow design, equipment supply, project implementation and total project management service to the largest lingerie manufacturer and exporter of China.
2004	Established branches in Beijing and Shenzhen to address the rigorous development in Mainland China, laying a good foundation for serving the China market. First to introduce the concepts of “macro logistics” and “micro logistics”, allowing relevant clients and consulting teams to focus on their specialized areas, further establishing the Group’s leading position in logistics and supply chain consultancy. Provided logistics equipment and engineering to two logistics distribution centres in the Philippines for BAX GLOBAL, a global leader in supplying logistics services. Business began to expand into Southeast Asia.
2005	Offered comprehensive services in logistics systems positioning, development strategy and specific implementation planning to Humen Port for the Municipal Government of Dongguan, diversifying into actual implementation operation from the scope of consultancy. Provided the world's largest network equipment manufacturer CISCO with comprehensive services in factory equipment supply, project implementation and total project management, further strengthening the Group’s leading position as a provider of turnkey engineering service for industrial plants.
2006	Invested in a joint venture equipment manufacturing plant in Nanjing to enhance competitiveness in logistics equipment.
	BPS provided high-end bonded logistics management service for the Tianjin Teda Group in China, spanning its business scope into logistics management and investment services. The Group’s theories in logistics and supply chain were then put into practice and enhanced at the operational level. BPS provided Infineon of Germany with design, supply and installation of automated warehouse equipment in their factory in Penang, Malyasia. BPS provided design consultancy service to the fully automated logistics distribution centre of Tiens Group of Tianjin, China. The consultancy involved various state-of-the-art automated equipment with significantly improved design and integration technology. In Hong Kong, BPS provided GOODMAN, the largest property developer in Australia, with total improvement engineering for an entire building, extending the Group’s scope of business into large scale architectural projects.
2007	Established the Group’s first Southeast Asia branch office in Singapore to better serve clients in Southeast Asia and other markets.
	In order to increase competitiveness in engineering, the company began to tap into the trading, import and export of engineering materials. Began to manage and operate the integrated logistics park at Huadu Airport, Guangzhou for R&F Properties, one of the largest property developers in China. Provided building improvement engineering to premium offices of Cheung Kong Holdings, spanning the Group’s business scope into engineering projects for high-end commercial properties.
2008	BPS successfully tapped into India and provided consultancy service in design and operation for the first bonded logistics park Mumbai. Provided FERRORO - one of the largest chocolate manufacturers in the world - with engineering service in cold storage in their first logistics centre in China. BPS provided re-branding engineering services to major shopping malls in the New Territories in Hong Kong, taking a step forward into engineering for the retail industry. Provided NOKIA - the world's largest mobile phone manufacturer - with the first “horizontal carousel” automated warehouse equipment in China. Following 17 years of rapid development, the Group takes on a new face and a new direction on 1 September, 2008.
