Graduated from Institutes of Vocation Education / Technical College / Vocational Training Council,
10 years experience in construction field with minimum 5 years experience in warehouse / logistics
centre / fitting out and renovation works,
Experience in commercial and resident fitting out work is an advantage
Good command in spoken and written Chinese / English
Preferable with PC knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Responsibilities:
Leading communications and presentations to target customers
Managing, Coordinating and administering the project from conceptual stages to project
Completion
Budgets and schedules development, project performance management, assure the project are
met with the objectives and schedules,
Resolution of problems, coordinate handover the project to client
Leadership for the development and maintenance of a high performance project team.

Site Engineer
Requirements:
